Proposal to the MHRD / NCTE / IGNOU /Others

Respected Sir/Madam,

Please consider my proposal to launch a Six Month BEd Bridge course (Bachelor of Education Bridge Course) for the in-service teachers with the following qualifications:

Eligibility:  1. Untrained in-service teachers having a minimum of two years teaching experience in a recognised elementary or secondary school. (NOTE: An experience certificate in this regard is to be issued by the Principal of the school. The details of the teacher and his/her experience shall be verified from the UDISE data.)

                    2.  Educational Qualification: Any one from points 1 to 5 given below:

2	BA/BSc (Pass Course) with at least one school subject AND BA Additional degree in Education (one year course) Minimum 50% in the degree(s)
3	BA/BSc  (Hon) in Education with any one school subject as first auxiliary subject
4	BA/BSc (Hon) in Education AND BA/BSc Additional degree in any one school subject (one year course) Minimum 50% in the degree(s)
5	MA/MSc/MCom in any school subject AND BA (Education) or BA Additional degree in Education (one year course) Minimum 50% in the degree(s)
Clarification: The pupil teacher must have studied at least one school subject and Education as an academic subject in their one or more graduation degree(s). Minimum 50% in the degree(s)
