Website of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad, U.P.

Many readers were searching for the website of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad.
Many people had done some courses from this institution. So they wanted to know if this institution is recognised by the goverment or not.

Recognition Status of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan:
Sahitya Vishard i.e., Sahitya Madhyama or Uttama i.e., Sahitya Ratna (with Hindi Sahitya) of the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag are recognised by the Karnataka State Open University, Mysore (State Govt.University, UGC, MHRD, DEC, AIU approved Univ.) for admission to its M.A. Hindi (Open Univ System) degree.

The below given image of Recognition Letter from the MHRD, Govt of India.

Is Vaid Visharad and Ayurved Ratna Degrees from HSS recognised? :
They are recognised only till the year1966 or so. After that the Govt of India asked to HSS to stop this course keeping in view the provisions of Medical Council of India / Indian Medicine Council.

The institution is recognised by the government of India. But many fraud agents have been selling fake degrees / certificates of this institution. For example, Shiksha Visharad, a teacher training programme for Hindi Teachers is recognised if it is done from two recognised colleges in Kerala. But many fraud agents sell the self made marksheets and degree certificates (not isssued by the institution) in other states like Gujarat, Maharastra, U.P. Bihar and many other states. Readers/Students please beware since these documents are fake.  (READ A NEWS FROM A NEWSPAPER REGARDING THIS: SEE AT THE  END OF THIS POST)
Shiksha Visharad from the two colleges of Kerala are only valid for job. The address of these colleges are given below:
KENDRIYA HINDI MAHAVIDYALAYAM
MANAPADOM,
PALAKKAD-678689
and
HINDI PRACHAR KENDRA
KODUNGALLUR POST,
THRISSUR-680664
If you have obtained a marksheet and certificate of Shiksha Visharad from any other institute or any agent, they are fake and invalid. Shiksha Visharad is done as a regular course only and not as a correspondence or private sitting exam.

Recently the institution developed their website and is now online.
Please check their new website here:      http://hindisahityasammelan.com        (Account has been suspended recently, 2014)  ***** Updated on 01 March 2018 = http://www.hindisahityasammelan.org     *****

Fake degree racket busted, 28 arrested

The Allahabad police detected a racket involving the sale of fake degrees of the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan late on Tuesday night.
Twenty-eight people were arrested and thousands of fake degree certificates and Rs 2.27 lakh in cash were recovered from their possession.
Those arrested include Jagat Narayan and Deepak, both clerks in the Sammelan's office, and 26 buyers from Bihar and Jharkhand.
Kydganj station officer Ajay Seth said the police raided a hotel in Rambagh after receiving a complaint from a Jharkhand-based person that some officials of the Sammelan were selling fake degrees in the hotel room.
According to the police, the Shiksha Visharad degree of the Sammelan was earlier equivalent to the BEd degree and a degree-holder was eligible for a teacher's job in government schools.
In 2004, however, the state government derecognised the degree and subsequently, the Sammelan also stopped conferring it.
The Patna High Court, however, in its November 4 order, validated the Shiksha Visharad for jobs in Bihar, leading to a sudden increase in the demand for the degree.
The police said job seekers from Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh had been obtaining the degree for Rs 5,000 from Narayan and Deepak.
Thousands of fake degrees had been sold in UP since the Patna High Court passed its order, sources said.
Jivesh, a resident of Bihar, had paid the amount to obtain the degree but escaped the police net because he was not present during the raid in the hotel.
He said: "I came to know about the degree from my friends in Bihar. I wanted to get it for my wife, who is applying for the job of a government teacher in Hazjipur."
District police chief A M Jain said: "I will recommend imposition of the National Security Act against the accused."

The Global Open University, Nagaland (TGOU) (TGOUN) June 2013 Result

Results of TGOU have not being published / announced online for the last 2 or 3 years. So it useless for the students to search for the result or wait of the result to be announced online. Though the official website of TGOU states that results are being published online, these years it is not doing so.
There may be several reasons for this.

However, students will get their marksheets through post at the address given in the exam form.
You can expect to get the marksheet by 30 Oct 2013, provided you gave the correct and exact postal address in the exam form.
If you do not get the marksheet by 30 Nov 2013, please email or call (on the latest mobile no.) to the TGOU officials at the Delhi Central Dispatch Office. For the email id and mobile no. please visit www.nagaland.net.in

We only hope that this year the result be published online also at www.open.net.in

An important FAQ on TGOU Results
Q.1 Why does TGOU do not publish their results online?

Ans 1: TGOU does not have a suitable website to host online results:
This possibility is doubtful because TGOU has more than about half a dozen different websites online, then why can it not afford one good one. It can easily afford.

Ans 2: TGOU does not have expertise to host online results:
This possibility is also doubtful since TGOU already has Computer and IT faculty (School) in the University. So the experts are already available.

Ans 3: TGOU has something to hide so does not publish its results online. (I smell a rat!):
Though there hasn't been a clear proof but this possibility also has a substance. From an unconfirmed sources (a private counsellor of TGOU admission) said unofficially that TGOU officers at New Delhi centre admit students on back date (illegally) and thus provide them a fast track courses. MA, MSc, MBA, BSc, BCA etc can be completed within a six months to 12 months or in 18 months, provided the students has enough gap after the qualifying degree.
Now if TGOU publishes it results online then the possibility of adding the results such fast track students get limited. Thus , TGOU finds it useful not to publish their results online.
This answer may be true but we cannot say with guarantee.
Ans 3: Only the officals know why:
There is no doubt in this answer.
